Here’s a free speech issue, albeit one that hasn’t been at the forefront of our culture lately. It died down most recently after those South Park episodes a few years ago.

My two cents: Freedom of speech trumps religious sensitivity, because freedom of speech effects everyone. Radicals can make death threats if they want, but it’s our responsibility, if we claim to believe in freedom, to stand up for our rights when they are threatened. The thing is, if you’re going to avoid talking about people because you’re afraid of them, then you’ve got an unhealthy relationship with those people, and something needs to be changed.

Censorship imposed by tiny factions of people doesn’t lead to artistic fulfillment.

By the way, this Disney stuff, as far as I know, only happened in the 80′s. No idea why Luna knows about it.
